Get to the bottom of the secrets of high-tech materials, programme a robot, produce a test chip in the clean room laboratory or slip into the role of CEOs: TU Bergakademie Freiberg is offering interested pupils from all schools a wide range of opportunities to try oput the courses of study during the 2024 Saxon summer holidays, starting on June, 24.
From materials to geosciences, computer science, technology and chemistry to management: in each project week, prospective students from 10th grade onwards take part in specially designed lectures, experiments, laboratory tours, excursions or competitions. In small groups, they explore exciting areas of knowledge together with teachers and students of TU Bergakademie Freiberg and try out what it feels like to be a student.
Along the way, they discover interesting career prospects and establish contacts with the university.
