In addition to free academic search platforms such as Google Scholar and Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (Base), various fee-based databases are licensed and made available via the University Library.
A large number of the licensed databases can only be accessed from the campus network or via VPN, a few can also be accessed from outside the campus network after registering with the university email address.
